REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE

 

In Houston, I was involved in a wide variety of real estate ventures that included management, leasing, brokerage and development of commercial properties.  My company handled the leasing and management of over 500,000 square feet of office warehouse and bulk warehouse properties.  We also developed a 60,000 square foot office service center and another 20,000 square foot project.   We acted as our own general contractor in regards to the shell construction and tenant finish-out. 

 

In San Antonio with Macro Realty, I was responsible for a portfolio of approximately 10 properties that included warehouses, retail and to a lesser degree with apartments.  My responsibilities were negotiating leases, arranging for tenant finish-out, management and collections.

 

During the past 14 years, I have been a senior associate appraiser with Stouffer & Associates.  Properties appraised include vacant land, residential subdivisions, ranches, service stations, mini warehouses, office buildings, office condominiums, apartments, retail centers, restaurants, single family houses and other special purpose properties.  My specialty has been in industrial properties with an emphasis on warehouses, manufacturing buildings, office service centers and flex buildings.
