Ron Greenberg is Astex Environmental Services, Inc.'s Chief Operating Officer, and is the primary financial/developmental principal and director of policy and operations management. As Astex Environmental Services Inc.'s Asbestos Consultant, his responsibilities includes Project Management, Bid Specifications, Risk Analysis, and Operations and Maintenance Planning. In addition, he coordinates all aspects of the company's projects and interfaces between the contractors and sub-contractors on behalf of the client. Conducts and supervises Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and Lead Based Paint Surveys.

His background includes Chief Operating Officer of several specialty businesses and several small start-up companies in which he performed all company duties of development, operations and marketing. In addition, he was one of four Principal/Partners for Paragon Properties, Inc., a commercial real estate brokerage firm that had sales/leasing exceeding 400 million dollars.
