Many times a company locating to San Antonio wishes to keep their identity confidential, i.e. from existing competitors or a local company may experience a downsizing and will want to keep this information from employees until a later date.  In all cases, McMahon Properties will represent a company on a strictly confidential basis. 

At times, we have received permission to represent an industrial client submitting a contract when McMahon Properties acts as a Trustee.  Our reputation within the community allows us to do this and our representation of a "confidential client" is never questioned.
