The Industrial Property Maximizer is a unique 5 step process that analyzes your property, creates a strategic marketing plan, and achieves the maximum value for your industrial real estate.    The process involves:


1.  INITIAL CONSULTATION
Our first meeting is an introductory meeting where we talk about your industrial real estate asset(s) and what you want to accomplish.  I really try to get a feel for the kind of planning and service you may need.  I explain my unique process, The Industrial Property Maximizer, and how it can help you achieve your goals.

 
2.  PROPERTY INFORMATION SESSION We compile all of your property’s data, providing us with the necessary information to identify the features, benefits, and the “unique selling feature” of your property.  Now, we have all the information needed to develop your strategic marketing plan.

 
3.  YOUR PLAN At this meeting, you receive a working copy of your Plan which we review and modify if necessary.  We believe and our twenty-four years of experience shows that when we implement and execute your Plan, your goals will be accomplished.  When you leave this meeting, you will have a clear understanding of how our unique process The Industrial Property Maximizer will definitely work for you.

 

4.  CLIENT ACTIVITY REPORTS  We meet with you on a regular basis to bring you up-to-date on the status of Your Plan, providing you with a written report.  We identify progress and key in on results achieved.  If necessary, we make adjustments to Your Plan and explain why.  You receive a Monthly Status Report outlining prospect activity, current market conditions affecting your property, comparable sale/lease activity, and follow up action.


5.  
SALE/LEASE CLOSING PACKAGE Prior to and during the actual sale/lease, we take the lead and monitor the transaction, critical items, and dates necessary to ensure that we have a successful conclusion.  You are provided with a permanent record of all of the documents – your goals have been reached and you have obtained the maximum value for your industrial real estate.
